“My husband and I stayed in this condo with two of our children in mid August 2012 and had a great stay. We have stayed in other condos in Pointe Santo before and this one has been the best. You can’t beat the view out of all of the windows, particularly overlooking the Gulf. It was very serene the week we stayed and calming to the soul to look out over that from our deck. We were able to see dolphins swimming by the first day we arrived and collected many great shells to bring home. We also took the eco/nature guided kayak tour with the Tarpon Bay outfitters – we saw some amazing birds and learned a lot about the ecosystem surrounding Sanibel. Very enjoyable. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for our meals. The beds were comfortable, and it was especially nice having the extra space of the den to spread out into. This space makes this condo larger than the others we have stayed at in Pointe Santo. The owner of the condo was very easy to work with and helpful with all of our questions. We will return when we can!"

"This is by far the best unit we have stayed in on Sanibel! Our two week visit in December was wonderful. This unit is beautifully decorated, quiet, comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. Sunrises and sunsets from this view are unsurpassed. This will most definitely be our rental of choice next year. Highly recommended."

"Cathy, We would like to express our sincere thank you for such an enjoyable visit at your condo The Beach House. We loved the decor, the efficient layout plus the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the condo’s proximity to the beach and the pool and our 3 yr old was never without anything to do. My mother and her best friend both said it was the best vacation they ever had, and they travel quite a bit. Having Bailey’s General store just up the road was so convenient so we could cook pretty much everything from fresh. In short, we immediately felt at home there and it was very difficult to leave. "My husband and I & our 3 young sons (6 yrs, 3 yrs, & 1 yr) stayed Jan 2011. We had a great time! Cathy was great to work with. She provided a lot of helpful information about Sanibel Island. The accommodations worked great for our family (we did rent a crib for our 1 yr old through the rental company). It was a very relaxed vacation which is what we were looking for since our kids are so young. We saw dolphins swimming along the shore more than once. We also really enjoyed the Sanibel Thriller boat ride. We would highly recommend doing that during your stay."

"Cathy- I am glad you contacted me, bc I was going to email you and let you know that your condo was wonderful. It is decorated very nice and is very well–equipped with everything we needed. We especially liked having the extra beach towels, chairs, sand toys etc. We went with my family – who had 3 other condos in the same complex and they were all very nice, but everyone agreed that yours was the nicest.
